So Shiny is a Scammer

User pretty much scammed me for the championship bundle (champioship riven etc) I paid half upfront and $25 and two weeks later skins weren't added and he has not replied back to me even when I said I was filing a scammer report. Gonna post pics of proof, if you need more please tell me so I can provide the pics.
