I'm new to this, I'm looking to purchase a low digit with cs1.6 and is market active. The account should be atleast below 2007. Should contain the original email linked with the account and proof of purchases for all the games.

1. 15 days if you turn steamgaurd off
2. 7 days if you leave steamgaurd on
3. 0 days if you get ssfn files with it

Both the market and trade follow those same rules. The only difference is that you would have to add a paypal or a credit card to an account and wait 30 days for it to be verified (though this can be passed if you verify your CC). So as soon as you added funds from another source (that wasn't the original source added, or steam gift cards because I don't think they apply the 30 day cool-down) you would have to wait another 30 days.

Not to mention that by buying an account with that has had a PayPal or a Credit Card attached to it would mean that the risk of having that account locked and taken back by the person selling it would be huge as soon as you took a few days to load it up with goodies for him/her.

Just be careful.

tldr; as soon as you add money you will have to wait 30 days in order to use the market, unless you use steam gift cards. Chance of having the account taken back is huge.

 

Well I'll take that in mind, I'm only buying from trusted members anyways.
If you use a new payment method the amount of days you have to wait for this is maximum a week aka 7 days, now there's a new system for credit card users the time is now 3/4 days if you verify the credit card.

I'm trying to buy 1 that has bought a game (any game) within the last year on a low digit with cs1.6 because I get this error "An unexpected error has occurred, please contact support for further assistance" message just pops up which is more of a "purchase lock" on an account and steam needs you to verify it by providing the first game proof of purchase in order to get it verified.

 

I have 5 digits with hl1 $16 or skins can't trade

 

Does it have the ability to use the market?

 

No matter what account you buy you have to wait to use market even if steam guard is on unless you ship you my pc

I think you will have to wait 7 days to trade and 15 to use market with my accounts

 

I'm asking if you bought a game within the last year/month which unlocks the use of market.

This time schedule is from Market.
If you have a account with market enabled and you turn off steamgaurd you need to wait 15days. When you leave steamgaurd on and login it is only 7 days. Do you get the ssfn files with it you will be able to use the market right away
