Need advice from fellow gold sellers. Want some help and tips about expanding RS Gold business.


How do i go about moving my gold business to start selling from a website instead of on forums?

How can i track the transactions of customer orders so i can keep records of all sales. Ive never kept tracked of orders other than taking screenshots of trades. But i want to track orders by payment methods.

How do i make my rs gold shop run efficiently?

 

1) Have enough business to build a website. Advertise said website.
2) Wait for a larger goldseller to get back to you on this one? What payment methods are you considering that don't already do this?
3) Possibly the broadest question ever. Have competitive rates, have business, have workers covering 24/7 sales, have a good website, don't screw anything up, etc. Gonna have to be more specific if you want useful answers :/

Dont build a website unless you have a large enough playerbase already, and you still have to dish out money for advertising aswell.

 

As he above me told you will need someway to advertise if ur gling to start a website. if you live in any small country make exclusive goldshop in that language you speak in ur country

Building a website would not be the best of ideas unless you already have a pretty large customer base. If you have that, then building one can be done, but I would still ensure you have enough money to pay for someone to build it right (unless you're coding it yourself) and also ensure you have enough cash to advertise the site.

Regarding tracking your transactions, make an access or excel document with customer information/etc. and potentially run it through how you're taking payments (ex: PayPal and all the information included in said transaction.)

Stated earlier, but if you want it to run effectively you need to have competitive rates, proper advertising, good staff/customer service. Sell gold how you'd like to buy it.
