I'm curious as to why he was un-banned basically for saying "lol thats not me" ... ?

User did not specify that he was selling the account for someone else, used terms suggesting it was himself such as "I have 8 vouches...." "I will NOT contact you from any other address.".....

User showed no evidence proving that he was affiliated with the user on powerbot and was not the user himself.. Literally the ONLY thing that was even considerably supported was the fact that the IPs are allegedly different between his own profile and the other banned profile... Not a very strong argument

Not to mention the profile he claims belongs to him on powerbot also states here that he was banned on rsbuddy which perhaps he should be required to explain?

If you read the way he types it seems almost as if he has something to hide, a very sketchy individual.
