I'd be cautious, and not keep too much rsgp on one account (or accounts that are linked with IPs for that matter).
Don't use a rare name either incase you lose that.

Well it's pretty clear then that someone in that clan sells gold, and two other factors may include that it is advertised on sythe and that it is basically Cora dyce.

I believe I remember Jagex stating that swapping is legal because it's a form of trust trading, but it is who you trade it with; RWT accounts.

 

Considering the amount of times jagex has falsely banned people? Yes, definitely possible. I used to be in a swapping clan back in the day, kids were getting banned just for swapping (hosts, i mean). Thankfully I was never banned

problem is they'll never know. They sometimes don't ban the rwters, rather they ban the people that trade them the cash. Happened to me before

 

You can't get banned. JaGex once said that the risk is up to the person doing it though because they cannot protect against any scams.

 

You're not 100% safe but you're pretty close to it.
