this guy has been posting on his vouch thread for the last 45 minutes and counting, the whole time bumping his vouch thread to the top.




mods pls help him out and sticky his vouch thread already.

It's to make it seem like he has 40 pages of vouches or whatever. Pretty sure it's against the rules and he's gonna get some sort of infraction soon now that it's out there

 

He has them vouch on his selling/buying/swapping thread (free bump there) then quotes them individually over to his vouch thread. If they all just posted on his vouch thread, he would still have 40 pages of vouches, he just wouldn't get the free bumps on his other threads. Annoying -.-

 

considering 99% of the 700+ posts are his, and he's been doing it for a while now, i doubt it.

it is, but that's just abusing it and going too far. he was on top of the new posts, literally top 3, for the 80minutes he was doing it. now imagine if others abused it as well.

I don't see why you wouldn't have your customers vouch on your trading thread and then quote the post and place it on your vouch thread, free bumps, what's wrong with that?

As far as flooding the new posts go, I think that users shouldn't just spam it but rather maybe update it in increments of 10-30 that way we don't see constant spam.

 

Nothing's wrong with it, it's common practice. What people do is just edit their OP in their vouch thread.

What I'm wondering is whether he's doing it on purpose so new people gets curious, clicks on it, and free advertisement from his sig. Because I don't see any other reason you'd waste 2 hours continuously posting on your vouch thread, unless you want the most posted vouch thread which has even less meaning when 99% is you.

he should just put all vouches on his latest post and just edit them in. rather than posting every individual vouch.

He quotes the vouches he gets in his gp selling thread.
He does this for free bumps on his selling thread and pages on his vouch thread.

 

It's not him on that account, he rents it to his friends.

 

Nothing wrong with it, keeps the vouches from being edited as he's quoted them, and adds to his vouch views/redirects/replies. Who cares tho

 

no one really cares, it's in the sf. i dont see much of a point spending 2 hours just to quote them and post it on your vouch thread. he already does that in his first post, compiling them.
