Buying a Maxed Combat Account (or nearly maxed)

Looking for an account with high experience in the combat skills. Ideal account would be in the area of:

~85-99 in: Attack, Strength, Defence.

Other Skills, Quests and Untradeable items are not that important, but is considered valuable.

My offer is: ~$150-$450 (All depending on the current experience, Quests and Untradeable items). Payment methods can always be dealt with later in the process, although Paypal is currently not an option for this trade.

I have an account I am new to this so I dont know if that will sway your opinion but id like to sell the account. It has 1800+ total lvl, 206 qp, full void range, notable high stats are 90 attack, 92 str, 89 def, 90 range, 94 mage, 92 farming, 99 crafting, 99 cooking.
