    -ability to enter the amount of rsgp they want to purchase
    -a button for them to checkmark to accept tos when purchasing
    -designer and programmer for the website
    -live chat
    -easy for customers to use the site

    I can create a non-dynamic html/css site for you. It'll look pretty and have everything that you need. You can then either keep it like that or find a php/sql/javascript developer to make any custom application type things you need. We can use a pre-packaged cart system until you're ready to have something custom developed. My skype is darkestdreamsythe if you're interested.
