Don't use bad scripts; they get you banned, its not always the bot.
If you're choosing between reflection and injection, reflection is a better choice as injection is more quickly detected.
Try not to all-out bot one skill; try to take it even and bot other skills so the ban rate will be lowered.
Try to keep combined daily botting and legit play-time hours under 8 hours per day.

For 07/Osrs Botting use Tribot/Topbot or Powerbot.
For RS3/EOC Botting use Powerbot/RID or Tribot.

Powerbot(RsBot) is the most popular runescape bot and it has been out since 2006 but they have detectable problems in their bot since jagex are always on their case.
TopBot is the only bot where you can choose Injection or Reflection.

Pretty sure threads already exist for most of this information. Anyway, here are a few corrections:

"Always use bots that have Reflection because Injection is detectable."

This is incorrect. Both options are detectable, period. Injection is just detected more quickly in most cases. Also, in this sentence you've completely alienated bots that use color or OpenGL interception, both of which generally yield lesser bans rates than reflection/injection.

Change the name "robotzindisguise" to Robotz in Disguise

Before RiD went down it supported both RS3 and OSRS. Once Genesis is released it will support every version of RS.

If I get banned on a certain character with my ip will I get banned on all accounts that plays on the same ip?

I know botting is never safe but compares to most bots Isn't simba safe

 

You can search that for yourself on those websites.
Simba is good overall, don't know too much about it but I've heard good stuff about it. You can ask YoHoJo hes a Super mod there.
Nope, dont know any scripts on simba.
There is a theory that jagex flags IPs but I am not certain of it and no your other non-botted accounts will not be banned.

In his defense, the threads you linked are designed to be neutral, and give information about the various bots while being impartial. His is giving botting tips and recommendations.

The bot with the best training script I guess. I've used Thomas's AIO Fighter on Topbot and haven't been banned using it so try that out.
