    define knock em out

Donco's have only played only the road twice in their first 7 games, they have a lot of upcoming road games including 3 road games in a row now which is difficult for anyone. Recently only 2 teams that were the best in the regular season have actually won the superbowl. IIRC more often than not it is the team that came in via wildcard that actually takes it out. Peyton always finds a way to sabotage himself when it counts.

Also had a giggle at how pathetic peyton is, being butthurt when he's up 14 with the game nearly over. Absolutely have no idea how so many can worship him and ride his dick on the regular.

I don't like Peyton much either, but I still think they're the favorite. The game @ Seattle was tight and probably decided by the coinflip (if Broncos get it first they probably score a TD too the way it was going).

Still early in the season, but the Broncos look the best to me so far.

Yeah, no doubt. Manning is basically a flawless quarterback, which is pretty weird and scary. Like the guy doesn't make mistakes

I agree that Peyton cracks under pressure but you act like he's a shit quarterback... The fact that the colts went from a 14-2 record to a 1-15 record when Peyton got injured says something. Also the fact that he smashed Brady's season touchdown record by 5 TD's.

Yeah he's good, it just rustles me that so many people deep throat him (the media especially) when he comes across as having a shit attitude and you can't rely on him when it's really needed

pats v broncos gonna be juicy next week especially after the blowout against the bears

since Tom Brady has "lost it" and is "over the hill" is 1300 yards, 14 TD's and 0 INT's

    Arian Foster 3 TDs.

I know it's the titans... But... If we can beat the titans again at home and easily beat the jags twice, we have a chance of a pretty good season. The game against the colts in Indy is the game that will probably decide our division.

As for Manning vs Brady, I really think they are system quarterbacks who are both so good because of the way they are told to play football. You can't pick one over the other, but I'd take either over fitzy.

Its always funny with the media and the pats, because soooo many people hate the pats because a bad season for them is losing the divisional round in the playoffs. So if the pats ever lose a game, all you will hear is "dynasty is over" ,"end of the era", etc. Also what makes you say Peyton has a bad attitude? Never really came across like that to me.

This has always made me laugh. When they were 2-2 to start this season, a bunch of fans and "experts" started to write them off. The last 3 times the New England Patriots started 2-2, they finished 14-2, 10-6, and 12-4 respectively. No need for the panic, although it is amusing.

As for Peyton, I have heard/seen some examples of him having poor sportsmanship. Not shaking hands after a loss, blaming teammates or coaching staff for a loss in post-game interviews, etc

Yeah especially when historically the team has always played a lot better in the second half of the regular season than the first. If losing in the division round is a bad season... what about all those teams that don't even make it to the playoffs?

What chase said. For example there was a recent example (can't remember exactly which week) where they lost in OT. Peyton literally blamed it on the coin toss, completely glossing over the fact of him throwing a pick which led to a score IIRC at the end of the game. I'm also starting to buy into the conspiracy theories that every rule change is just to get Peyton another ring before he's gone i.e. Seattle manhandles Peyton with aggressive corners (and Dline)... Patriots get aggressive corners... Oh the rules are gonna change now.

Lol....you can't be serious? Are they gonna change the rules back then when he leaves?

C'mon Jack, you're better than that. Peyton is a great guy and is very well respected throughout the league. Always hear great things about him from the Broncos organization and other anyalysts, etc. Great guy. Great player. Respect a legend when you see one, bud.

It's just the NFL in general is an offensive oriented game now. I'm surprised the Seahawks are even allowed to be as physical as they are. That's why you're going to see Qb's of this era & generation smashing records like it's nobody's business. That's why you saw Brett Favre at the tail end of his career putting up some of his best stats ever. It wasn't because he was better with age, it was because the NFL was going through the transition period of being all about the points. That's how even just above average QB's like Matthew Stafford can throw up 5,000 yard seasons. The NFL is different now. It's all about the pass, complimented by a decent enough run game.

There's no such thing as defense in the NFL anymore. Even teams like Arizona and Seattle get whacked every now and again on defense.

The problem is, for whatever reason, it seems like the Seahawks get away with more physicality than any other defense. It's hard for teams to replicate it.

They honestly could do since they've labelled it a point of emphasis and time has shown these to fade over the years... especially with majority of the fans not liking the rule change. I respect him as a player - don't get me wrong he's one of the best, but everything else about him I don't like. Shit, even my cousin got named after him lmao -.-.-.-

Yeah it's literally just catered to fantasy football now which sucks. Soon it will be like basketball where if you breathe on them it'll draw a flag.

pats gettin flags for days, sucks to watch all the stoppages >_<

Pathetic display by Dallas tonight. As a longtime supporter of the Cowboys, this is the same exact shit that happens every year. Garrett is an absolute moron for taking Weeden out of the game and putting Romo in, who shat his pants all night at the blitz.

Very annoyed right now with Garrett. Could see this being the slippery slope that leads all the way to another mediocre November and catastrophic December for the Cowboys.

They'll lose again to Arizona next week.

For anyone that didn't watch, Romo clearly was not healthy after getting shaken up. Weeden led 2 good drives that resulted in 10 pts. He was picking up the blitz much better than Tony Romo was tonight. I'm usually a staunch defender of Romo, but he was absolute shit tonight.

Lastly, not really understanding why ESPN thought it necessary to show Colt Mccoy's parents 40+ times tonight, literally. It was quite maddening.

    GET WRECKED PEYTON NUTHUGGER

    Patriots masterrace

So much for the so-called experts and everyone picking broncos over pats when Peyton is notorious for being terrible in cold weather, being bad at gillette and Tom Brady winning something like 89% of his home games

Statement win for sure but I still think the two teams are quite even. I'm sure we'll see a rematch in the playoffs so not gonna offer much analysis on this one other than to say it's a big win.

But we'll have to see who ends up getting home field advantage, because home field advantage is always gonna be the team I pick to win when it comes to Manning v Brady.
