unfair ban

Hello, my account was banned regarding a service i offered on "runescape 2007 skilling services". I had completed multiple services for players which i gained vouches for. Twice for the same user that had reported me for getting his account banned for Botting, although his account was fine until days after i had completed the first and second request for skilling. This is just a short description, if any specific information is required i am happy to give.

I did not like the fact i had got banned without even having my side given, it was just instant ban after his report, which is unprofessional + false.
