If you're planning to change the case to the corsair 350D, that motherboard will NOT work. You will need a mATX motherboard. I HIGHLY recommend the ASUS Gene or even the gryphon(with armor kit is massively sexy). The Asus suite for fan control and profiling is great, and right away it was able to get my fan profiles very close to how I would have actually wanted them, even for my watercooling loop.

I built mine in the corsair 350D w/ window. It's a PHENOMENAL case. GREAT airflow and absolutely fantastic for cable management-so so easy to make it look nice. Great for watercooling also(AIO or custom). The dust filters keep things really clean, too.......Plus its just so damn sexy.

Upgrade all of your fans to the Corsair SP and AF series with the interchangeable color rings, and get braided cables to match a particular theme and you'll have a pro rig with that 350d. I went with white. The massive window does a really good job of showing everything off.

I didn't know that, thanks so much .
Unfortunately the store i'm buying from doesn't have the "armor" for the motherboard itself, it has those z97 motherboards :

    Gigabyte GA-Z97M
    Gigabyte GA-Z97MX GAMING 5
    Asus GRYPHON Z97

Which one would you recommend ?
Also could you post a picutre of your rig ? if that's not too much to ask :D

sure I can do that this afternoon when I get home.

I still prefer the ASUS, the gryphon is a fantastic mobo(with a 5 year warranty too!). Armor kits for it can be found on amazon or other places. I've just had a lot of really good luck with ASUS motherboards, as well as MSi motherboards on anything ive built for myself or others.
The Gaming 5 does have the m.2 feature on it though, which is pretty uncommon on a matx board. M.2 is an interface that allows like an ultra-small SSD, but since it is basically on a miniature PCIe interface, it far outperforms a SSD.

The Gigabyte gaming 5 would go good with my GPU ( MSI 970 Gaming )
I might go for the asus though but there are no colored rings with the fans that would go with the motherboard =x
Should i replace the 140mm fan on the front with 2x 120mm corsair ones ?

Image tags don't seem to want to work worth a damn.

Here is the rig as I originally built it, while waiting on my old 780 to arrive at the time.

This is how it sits currently, all cables have been removed and replaced with OE cables. Just upgraded to GTX 980, shown here.

I am in the process of resleeving all cables Black/gray/white alternating with cable combs. When finished, I plan to sleeve all the miscellaneous remaining cables in white/gray. If this sort of thing interests you, Modbunker is a great place for all your dressup accessories and tools for making new cables and so-forth. I am hoping when all is done It will match the carbon-fiber hydrographics on the graphics cards. I may take it a step further and paint the armor kit indentations to match the theme as well. time will tell. Would be a TON of time to paint.

I am also in the process of building a dual-radiator setup with parts from frozencpu and dazmode using 2x Dual-120mm alphacool radiators, EK CPU block, and koolance res/Pump. Mostly waiting for a waterblock to come out that isn't all "blingy" for the GPU, and should allow me to keep the backplate already on the card for the theme. unfortunately I'll have to get rid of my hard drives when I install the custom loop(or build an external cage-lame) and I'll have to tuck the SSD on the backside of the MOBO in the cable management area.

    Current build as shown is:
    [email protected]/1.28Vcore & 4.5ghz ring bus/1.28v
    Corsair H100i
Asus Gryphon Z97 w/ Armor kit
    8GB Kingston HyperX Beast @ 2400mhz
    Main GPU- GTX 980 @ 1515Mhz Core/8.35Ghz Mem
PhysX GPU- GTX 750ti @ stock clocks
Crucial M500 240Gb SSD as OS drive
2x WD Caviar Black 1TB in RAID-0 for all games and intensive programs
1x WD Caviar Black 2TB for all images, movies, music.
    XFX 850W modular PSU
    2x Corsair AF140 front fans
    2x Corsair SP120 top/rad fans
    1x Corsair AF120 rear fan
