Terms of Service (ToS):
1) Completing a trade with me means you agree to my ToS.
2) You may NOT attempt to recover, change password, or affect the account whatsoever after our trade.
3) I will go first to ONLY those I deem trustworthy, otherwise a Middle Man chosen by me.

pics? 4) I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything that happens after the trade. These are not my original accounts. - As you are selling the account you ARE responsible for refunded the payment or getting the account back i suggest you think on that before selling.

 

If I'm not mistaken, if this is in my ToS then they agree that I am not. All of these accounts have been in my possession for a very long time and I do not fear at all they will be recovered, but if in 2 years the original owner wants to try and recover, and does. I am not responsible, as my ToS states.

 

I may be completely wrong, but i think there are rules in place with sythe saying you cannot do this, i've reported this to get a sythe moderator to confirm.

 

You are responsible to return any recovered accounts you sell no matter what.

You don't understand the sythe rules don't work that way. If you want to sell on sythe you need to be able to take responsibility, it doesn't matter what your tos are because they are wrong. You have to be able to refund them or recover the accounts yourself.

 

Thank you for the confirmation Entrr, but he obviously doesn't get the point. It's too protect the seller, you could just recover and blame it on the OG owner.
