Here is your help to Jad en getting the Fire Cape

Skills Requirements:
Attack 70+
Strength 70+
Defence 70+
Hitpoints: 70+
Range 70+ (75+ Surgested)
Mage 80+ (if u do it without guthans)
Prayer 55+ (60+ surgested)

The waves:

There r 63 total

A = lvl 22 (drains prayer) (melee)
B = lvl 45 (Split in 22 lvls)(melee)
C = lvl 90 (use range and melee)
D = lvl 180 (Heals 10 hp after 2 attacks, can hit 25) (melee)
E = lvl 360 (use mage and melee) (can hit over 40!)
F = TzTok-Jad lvl 702, using all attacks and can kill everyone in 1 hit

What Do u need to bring with you?

With Guthans:

Wear:
Guthans helm
Rune or Ranger Boots
Best gloves from Recipe for Disaster (aleast rune)
Obby cape or one of the new Treasure trail god cloaks
Guthans skirt
Guthans pl8
Guthans Warspear
Warrior or archer ring
3k bolt racks
Fury

Inventory:
Karils bow or crystalbow
Black d'hide body
Black d'hide chaps
1 range pot (4)
4 sara brew (4) (or 3 brew and 250+ sweets)
20 super restore (4)

For those who can't afford guthans:

(you need 80 magic for this)

Wear:
Verac helm
Rune boots
Best Recipe for Disaster gloves (atleast rune)
Obby cape or one of the new Treasure trail god cloaks
Verac skirt
Verac Brassy
Verac Flail
Warrior or archer ring
3.5k bolt racks if you use karils bow
Fury

Inventory:
Karils bow
Black d'hide body
Black d'hide chaps
Ancient staff
2k blood runes (for 500 times Blood Blitz)(take bouble for 1k times)
1k death runes (take double for 1k times Bloods Blitz)
1 range pot (4)
1 sara brew (4)
20 super restore (4)

 

The Tactics:

First kill the lvl 22 then 90 then 360 then 180 and at last the lvl 45

Do all waves till u reach the 360
While doing the lvl 180 and u need healing turn melee pray on and use guthans or bloods spells
Once u reach the first 360 turn mage pray on (always on when there is a lvl 360) equip your range stuff and range it Death (don't melee it!)
After a wave turn mage pray and melee armour on, kill the 22, then 90 then try to get the lvl 180 after the lvl 360, when u r sure its safe equip d'hide and karils bow, kill the 360 and then try to safe spot the lvl 180 behind a rock. When u need healing turn melee pray on and use guthans or use blood spells.
Repeat this till you reach 2 lvl 360.

The Final Battle, kill TzTok-Jad

Don't Come In Jad's melee distance

When You reach the 2 lvl 360 kill on of them, then run to North-East corner, kill it and go to position A (shown on the next post)
Now calm down, if u r in the right position Jad isn't able to attack you. Don't rush in battle and wast ur time and u spent in other waves. I repeat, CALM DOWN.
When u r calm, use a range pot, turn Sound Effect volume and Protect from Missles pray on, then walk behind the Italy rock (position B) and wait what jad does, if u dont hear anything, he use range attack, when u hear a retribution pray sound, switch pray to protect from mage pray.
Attacks
Range: He going to stand on his back legs and slams the ground directly
Mage: He keeps standing on his back legs for a few seconds
Switch pray fast!
Keep doing this till jads had half health.
When Jad has half health there come 4 healers, attack every healer once so they dont heal jad anymore and try to get them in a row, keep an eye on jad's attacks when u attack the healers.
Then kill Jad till he has 1/3 health left (if u can c his hit points) , then walk back to place A and kill the healers (not needed, but saves a bit health)
Now make an end to Jads life.

A = Save Spot for TzTok-Jad
B = Italy Rock
C = Jad comes here when you r on place A

Italy rock: This rock is usefull, coz when u r freaking out u can go after it so jad can't attack u and u can calm down, but even more importand is that Jad can't kill u before you see him

Italy rock can also be used to safe spot the lvl 180 so u can range / mage or hallying them

 

Not technically true. You can do this at 40-45 def. Also again at 67 range and 44 prayer pures. I watched a Vid of a lv 47 get a fire cape.

technically u can do it with 60 range,43pray, 1 def, and 80mage or so

 

60 cb, 80 mage 70 range 1 def 43 pray.
U can get it with those stats, and use blood blitz and karils.

 

Every bloody time i get up to the TzTok-Jad it kills 5 seconds in 'least i get a good 'mount of Tok-ul

 

would i 100% need 43 prayer? or is there a way i could do without? cuz i dont feel like getting my cb lvl up just for a cape lol
stats are: 70 att 81 str 45 def 18 prayer 82 mage 79 range, 75 hits

and do super restores heal hp?

Good guide, i plan on getting fire cape someday.hopefully sooner than later. I might get a friend to help me do it. It seems too challenging and i dont have enough time. Even though i am at combat 103, i still dont think i shall be able to do it without a friend's help.
