Hi there, I'd love to play RSC as I never have and would love to buy a RSC Account OR a RS3 account that has Classic Access; preferably with hardly any stats leveled.

Yes, It has to be member.

 

You would probably be a whole lot better off buying just a normal account that has access to RSC. With the classic update they did a while back, quite a few have access to classic now. Just ask the seller on account selling threads

As most have said, try looking for an averaged levelled account with RSC on it.

Pretty hard to find a level 3 or something with RSC.

 

I have a classic account, highest stat is thoeving at 61. Combat stats are pretty low, not %100 sure but if interested i can use a bond and access it and get the info you need. Also got around 10M cash with a bit of Rune etc. The account is a Username log in and also just a standard main on EoC. Looking for EoC gold and Skrill as payment. Hit me up.
