Spit2015 from 2009?

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

I did an IP audit on him because i thought it was weird his name was spit2015 but his skype was 'Spit2009'. audit showed rohail account as 2009 join date from same IP.

 

Not enough proof
