Decent def lvl (60+)
High slayer
Good moneymaking stats (hunter, fishing)
Torso is a plus, but no must. Same goes for void.
I'd prefer it to have finished DT, lunars and RFD

You have to be trusted (SVU, 25$+ donator or 50+ vouches) If you don't have any of these I will not buy your account (sorry new guys).
