    I have been running for over around 4 months now without missing a day and currently I am running the first 20 mins of my run at a 6mph pace and then from the 20 min mark till the 36 min mark I run 7mph pace then from 36 min mark to 39 min mark a 2mph cool down and every week I will increase the intensity by going 7mph at the 18 min mark then 16 etc until I go to 8mph and so on. I'm just wondering where my fitness ranks in your guys opinion?

    IMO, you're probably about a 7/10 in terms of running. It takes a ton of cardio to run at a 6+ pace for almost 40 minutes. Only reason I say 7/10 is because at basic training there were people who were running consistent 6min miles for 30+ minutes.... they were crazy fit

    If you're just a cardio type of guy that just runs, I'd say like a 5/10. You can't really determine your rank by just running, unless you're wanting to know your fitness level for running?

    Need more info to further answer your question.

    Probably not more than a 5/10. But if you could provide more info it would help.

    6/10 That's impressive considering my shitty numbers. I don't do cardio though, ruins the gainz lol
