    I'm not off, I have it pulled up now. I just do not wish to purchase via steam, as I'm unfamiliar with it and own no steam account. Let's just wait until tomorrow and see if your PayPal works

    Update on the situation, he asked me to pay, then apparently "didn't recieve it" even though i have screenshots of it being sent to him, then he gives me the items to hold until the payment goes through, he says he never recieved still after 10 minutes, so i refund him the items, and he tries to get me to buy him things on steam, etc.

    Long story short; still looking for US2 GP.

    EDIT: Apparently his PayPal is locked.
