Requesting pardon

Greetings

I was banned on 11-06-2011 for scamming a 1 month membership pin. Three years ago, I didn't think that this small ban would affect me today, 10-10-2014. It has been almost 3 years. I have matured greatly. I have started college and adulthood. Recently, I have started playing runescape again after almost a 2 year break. I would like to be considered for unbanning. I know I have been banned for scamming something so small, and I would like to assure everyone that I'm not a scammer or thief in that matter anymore. I would like to request a pardon. I understand I broke the rules and therefore a permanent ban is obviously earned. I'm not sure how a pardon works or if there's a system, but I will contact or post anything I need to.
