Selling 880€ Steam for 10€

Hey, I am selling my Steam account that has 75 games on it. For my and your safety, I will not be providing the username on this forum, but I can tell you that steamdb.info returns the following quote about this account:
"This account is worth 880,37€. If all games were bought on sale, it would be 320,64€."

My price: 10€

Reason for selling: Failed my year at college, I have to give up playing games, and selling the account is the best way to do so. Plus, I'm getting way too old, games are starting to get boring.

Payment method: As I'm not from the USA, it's very hard to get money out of PayPal, so I probably can't accept it! However, I am willing to accept methods such as NETELLER or paysafecard.

No bans or offenses whatsoever, except for a VAC ban on CoD:MW3. I've included some screenshots below. Getting loads of requests, but everyone offering me PayPal. I repeat, I can NOT accept PayPal, but can accept stuff like Neteller, Skrill, paysafecards etc.

 

Would have bought it rly.. But really sad it has Vac Ban, Gl selling it mate!

 

Yeah, that VAC ban seems to be keeping most of the people away. + Everyone still offering me PayPal.

By the way, the VAC ban only affects one game, and has no other effect on the account at all.
