Go Fund My Kickstarter

No reason. Was just curious how you plan on marketing your app. How many downloads do you have from your other apps? Are you going to advertise on those too I assume?

From looking at your video, why not implement twitter and Facebook shootouts? And a button to rate the game?

 

My other apps have about 700 total downloads and this is from only sharing on Facebook (and I only published my first app back in May). The budget I would raise from my kickstarter would only be to advertise Draw Me That because it is IMO my best game yet.

There is a button on the home screen to invite friends to play the game with Facebook. Additionally in the settings menu there is a button to rate the game. I am debating including a share button to be able to share your level on Facebook too.

No, it's crowd funding. Haha, not too much of a difference. Except in this case I am offering rewards to people who pledge money to the project.

This is also just a page to get people to look at the kickstarter page - the only reason for the "Go Fund My Kickstarter" title is to reference South Park.

 

Is it actually possible for there to be difficult levels in this?

It seems like there would be an extremely low skill ceiling.

 

There are definitely harder levels. It goes from basic shapes to much more complicated ones. Some of the levels are incredibly hard (for some people) to finish. I am not really worried about making high quality levels. It is just time consuming to come up with levels (plotting coordinates and entering in the actual code).

Majoring in CS so I'll probably be loaded after school. And so far I've had only positive reviews of my new app.
