Guthans AFK at NMZ

Hi, I want to AFK overnight with Guthans at NMZ. Can someone give me a guide as to how to set up a dream? Please do not say stuff like "it isn't viable" or anything like that. Thank you.

 

For one you cannot set up your own melee only dream since I'm assuming you have more than just the 5 melee bosses so you'll need an NMZ boosting account (world 1). As for afking with Guthan's I'm not exactly familiar with what you'd do, but I'm assuming it would be on the easy version and not the hard due to damage taken.

 

It's really tough to afk with guthans as you sometimes get killed if you can't out heal in time (has happened to me twice). This is dangerous because you may get a random that'll kill you when you're out of the dream. (Wear ring of life). Also you should note that every 6 hours you'll dc and get booted. If you're thinking of auto clicking, I strongly don't recommend you do so as I have friends who are high lvl mains who get banned for it in nmz.

 

Oh, wow. Okay, I understand. Is there any place you suggest where I can AFK train with Guthans?

 

You can easily afk train with Guthans at the Giant Spiders in the Security Stronghold. I've been camping here for over a week now. You can also afk at the Desert Treasure skeletons.

In short: You won't be able to do it overnight. You might be able to afk it for an hour (if you a script that drinks pray pots) but other than that, unless you bot, you can't really overnight it.

 

Apparently people can do it smoothly for a full 6 hours. I've started doing it tonight and it went fine for the first hour but after that I logged out. Might have died, might have been a DC who knows. I'm 99/99/92 and I was using full guthans, rdf dragon gloves, firecape, d boots. Fairly standard.

 

Well, I've been afking here for 2 days at 70/60/70, and dying isnt as much of a problem as getting 2-3 vampires, and killing them too quickly while the others are slowly walking to me, and it gets my account out of combat, and logs me. I've been standing in the south eastern corner, as my stats are low, but by 75/70/75 im assuming ill be able to stand in the middle just fine, allowing the bosses to get to me quicker. We'll see though.

On topic. You won't get banned for NMZ afk, as long as you're not using a third party program. AFKing isn't against the rules, using third party software is. And anyone saying you can't AFK nmz in guthans is just stupid. Many many people do it, including me. It's very very simple, and with decent stats, you'll have absolutely no problem going for a full 6 hours 9/10 times you start it.

 

I was able to guthans afk without dying/ any sort of problems whatsoever but my stats were 90+, just use the normal mode, go stand in any of the corners and youll be good. I personally prefer the south-west corner. The xp per hour isnt that great, roughly 40-50k an hour but if you afk for 6 hours that will get quite a lot, great for when sleeping/school/work

 

I think I might try this out, seems like a good way to gain xp. Has anyone been banned for this?

 

You need to find a guthan host.

after you've completed the quests, find a hoster, go to center of the arena and stand in the middle of the two damaged armour pieces and take 5 steps to the south. I would suggest atleast 75 75 75 with 80 hp to do this.

Sadly, you can only afk for 6hours before the game kicks you out. I've trained 70 to 99 defense using this method.

Its not banable because you arent breaking any rules. You simply just afk and heal with guthans. theres no software needed to do this, just a runescape client and a set of guthans.
