What to do?

Hi, I just feel that I'm extremly unlucky with everything I try to do in life. I've never been this happy before let me explain the situation to you.

-I came to a foreign country in hopes of getting a job here and applying for cizitenship

- I saved up money for 4 years to get where I am

- I found a company that was willing to go through the work permit process for me but I spoke to them yesterday and they said they gave up on me

- I got a girlfriend here and I will not have a chance to ever come back here again if I can't find a company that wants me..


I just don't know how to handle this situation, I guess the only thing missing here is that plane will crash on my way home, either way I don't know what and how to handle the situation if I have to go back to my home country..I just feel lost, life fucked me over once again bigtime.

 

If you have to return home then you have to - forward plan for another visit. Get more qualifications or training at home then go back and try again.

I'm sure there are organisations you can go to that can give you advice on what to do to secure citizenship?

 

Moving to a foreign country is hard to do, putting yourself that far away from home. It's always good to have some kind of communications with people just so you have a backup plan if things don't go as they plan.

 

Maybe you could convince your girlfriend to marry you for citizen status?
