    Requesting New Account + Self Ban
    Requesting a new account as i cant make one myself... Want to make a new account to change my name as my user name is the same as i use on my games that i play and want to disguise it i guess..

    I am also requesting a self ban of this account (chevyxox) for when the new account is registered.. I have already posted a request for self ban (chevyyo).

    New account details
    The details from the page after i tried to make a new account are quoted!
