Whats your favourite scary movie?

With Halloween quickly approaching, the horror movie season is here I like getting out some of the classics this time of the year as well as some newer ones too. Let me know down below what your favourite scary movie(s) is.

Some of my favourites are (No particular order):

1. Halloween (michael myers)


2. Texas chainsaw massacre


3. Nightmare on elm street


4. Zombieland


5. Sleepy Hallow


Anything with demons/possessed ppl will get me going too. Don't even get me started on wear wolves fuck thaaat.

 

Insidious (the first one) . I can't even remember the others :X pissing me off!

I enjoyed the first Insidious movie as well, the second one wasn't as good though.

Looks like The Grudge, is it the same movie?

I really want to get into Halloween this year, October is my favorite month of year and Halloween my favorite holiday.

I've actually never seen Nightmare on Elm Street, so that's on the list.

While I love the Child's Play series it's not very Halloween-y.

 

I really enjoyed the film "Kill Theory" I recommend it to everyone

 

Ever seen any of the Wrong Turn movies? They're pretty good.

Doesn't look too bad, I may end up watching it.

 

Ju-on is the original Grudge, the asian version. A few people have told me that it's scarier, and better, than the grudge. I've yet to get around to watching it though, I have watched the Grudge.

I haven't watched any actual horror movie in a while. I honestly don't remember much of the horror movies I watched, nothing really stands out. I'll probably be watching 1-2 movies I get from here, and might rewatch, to remember, others I've already watched before.

 

The Cabin in the Woods is a lot of fun, if you're looking for something a bit different.

 

I love horror movies! :love: Also I would have to say one of my favorites to be Candyman.

 

Ye Cabin in the Woods was good the first time I watched it. Seen it too many times now

The Conjuring

 

Insidious - This was plain scary.
Jeepers Creepers - I watched it alone at night. I began to hear weird noises in the house.
The Ring - My TV turns on in the middle of night by itself to static for no reason

 

Was just about to say this as well, and I believe The Grudge was based off of this as someone mentioned. It's way better in my opinion though.

Interesting.. I didn't see this as so much a horror movie, it seemed more like a collection of short stories contemplating debt. Was quite confusing as well.
