Account Problem

I sold an account to Lebokiller (http://www.sythe.org/members/425568-lebokiller.html). About a day later he was messaging me telling me the account was recovered and he showed me enough pictures to believe him. After listening to him make his case I decided to submit a ticket to Jagex and I received this .

Do I refund the guy? Do I give him a new account?? What do I do in this situation?

 

Since the ban was from something you did, you'll have to refund him. If he agrees to taking a new account, then that is okay too.
