    bear with me i'm very high,

    what program or software should i use to create a basic command application that simply sorts words out in categories i create and stuff like that.
    Then the words appear in a waterfall animation sort of way, do u understaand broe?

    my computer knowledge is incredibly limited, but i could prob learn how to work with something just to barely get this shit done. this sentence is a thought
