Talk to her personally first and just tell her you had no intentions of making her feel like that. Just make it clear you're not that type and you hope to ease her mind.

You're not in the wrong because she went along with it and let it happen. You shouldn't be in the wrong at all.

 

Well I don't have the opportunity to talk to her. I met her that night. I relayed how I'm not like that and how I didn't want to make her feel like that etc through her friend so I hope she told her. I feel like such a dick though for making her feel like that

 

She should have said something to you, or pushed you away. It's not like you put your hand over her mouth and abused her.. Just talk to her and apologize. (Even though you didn't do anything wrong)

 

That's what I feel, but I still feel crappy about it for her sake and my friends. And I don't have the chance the apologize in person or text.. best I could do was through her friend.

 

You did nothing wrong. As bad as it might sound, a majority of sexual assault cases are dismissed on college campuses, but maybe that'll help you out. As per what you should do, really nothing. If you're called into office by administration or anything you can just say the truth which is that she didn't show any sign of resistance nor did she disapprove as to what was happening. Keep ya head up, man. A lot of bitches claim "sexual assault" when they just regret doing something.

You won't get in trouble with the law if that's what you're worried about because you are showing remorse and being honest with everything so they will see that.

As for making amends with her, it'll have to be over time. Try to get her number or facebook or something to hash things out.

If she didn't say no or try to prevent it then it's not assault in the courts. You have two witnesses that can back you up and say they didn't hear her refuse or say no, too.

Chances are it'll be forgotten about; a drunken mistake more than an assault.

 

Lots of factors that are in your favor so you shouldn't be worried at all. Just clear it up with her if you can and end it that way.

 

Say sorry and move on, if she was gonna do something she probably would have already I doubt she's scared of you.

 

Depending on the state you live in, some states are adamant about women not being able to consent while drunk, intoxicated, etc, and that only "yes means yes". Regardless, chances are you won't hear about it again. And if you do, be straight forward and honest, and you should be fine.

 

If she didnt push you away or literally tell you No/STOP, i don't see how you could of seen she didnt want it to happen? i think you will be fine. Maybe talking to her yourself is the best option to smooth things over.

 

Who's to say her roommate won't back her up?

 

That was one of my main concerns.

Thankfully, according to my friend, she's gotten over it and is fine now.
