    This is true, assuming you subscribe to the theory that Jagex flags IPs (which not all people do, but most do?) I do :)

    LOL, don't know if you really want to get your account banned. But why not just do some giveaway thing? I'm trying to sell an account but don't think it will sell, so I'm just gonna give it away afterwards lol.

    This isn't the case. They don't always use IP addresses, or ban every account associated with an IP, but they can definitely monitor an IP address and distribute bans with it.
