Keys are refunded IF it's confirmed by blizzard employee by live chat that it isnt working OR been used before by someone else. If it was used on the same day as purchase on different account, key is not refundable.

I do everything i can to check if card wasn't bought using fake / stolen credit card.

As i mentioned before, i buy them from guys who bought keys for wrong region and they have no use for it.

If a guy suplies a lot of keys, that basically means that they're not good, i'm not buying from him.

+ If by any chance keys are bad or gets refunded, i am replacing it.
