Lock I Got Banned What Should I Do?? Threads

I see countless times the same question being asked in this section: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-cheating/ and also the sub forum.

That question being "I just got banned on my gold farming account and I swear I didn't do anything wrong. What should I do?" or "I got perm banned. Who do I contact to help me??"

This gets so repetitive and that whole section is filled with those. Rather than looking at some threads before theirs, they just post one.

Suggestion: Lock threads that are just general what do I do threads/how do I bot safe.

Make a sticky such as "General Safe Botting Tips" or "Got Banned? Check this out for what to do" or something along those lines. That sticky can include basic techniques and knowledge that can help those users out. Rather than having so many threads that just flood that section that are all the same premise.

I'm willing to make a sticky for this.

Post honest opinions.

 

Sure, I'll support, I see no harm done. Only problem now (if it gets approved) is finding someone willing to write a thread about it…

Yes I would totally be down to make a thread that can be stickied for users that are having this problem. I have knowledge of botting and general tips I can give.

 

I support this 100%. It's so annoying when people are crying they got banned every other thread.

The amount of "just got banned" threads is overwhelming.
2 well written stickies may help the problem.

Those all have the same premise. They're all asking "What bot do I use" "Need help" blah blah blah.

Did you open them up? Or are you just looking at the title and assuming they're all different?

Edit: 3/4 threads are asking what's the best bot to use, should I use this bot, what do I do I only botted 15 hours out of the day, how do i stay safe?

They're all the same premise. Don't see the point of all of them.

 

I skimmed through the threads, and linked the ones that match your description.

'what bot do i use' as in TriBot, OSbot, etc.

 

Supported, people need to learn to read before posting the same thing over and over.

 

support should make the forum more organized and clean.

 

support, topics that reappear all the time obviously have some connected question to be answered. A sticky will surely help

You guys don't need to make a suggestion thread for this. If you think there are too many in the section just report one and explain that in the report box and a mod will handle it. Or just PM the sectional mod in charge of that section. You can make a sticky if you really think it's necessary but I doubt it is. If the threads get out of hand just ask a mod to close it and let the topic die out for a while.
