Looking for Triumphant Ryze skin code (They are tradable, right?)

These aren't tradable and there are no skin codes for these.

The only method that sellers use to sell these is the fake tournament method - they create a fake tournament, ask Riot to sponsor it with standard prizes which includes Triumphant Ryze for the winning team, and if they do everything convincingly/successfully then Riot gives out the prizes to whomever the tournament organizer mentions as the winner.
