What ever happened to tim tebow?

 

After his failed stint with the pats last I heard he tried to get into acting... Don't care to verify it though, glad he's gone. Seems Manziel is here to take his place though.

 

Tried to look for the movie he was in but no luck lol, only rumors from last year

He's apart of the SEC network now.

 

Lmao. Won't be surprised if Michael Sam and Manziel both end up following a similar path simply because their name is really out there.

 

Manziel will make it in the league I think. Some way or another, he's gonna play. He brings too much revenue to the team and he's a good player.

He's a rookie and you guys are already selling him out? C'mon now

 

Can't really speak to his ability since no one can accurately predict if a QB will succeed or not (hence the high amount of busts at QB) but can't say I'm a fan of his attitude so far.

 

he takes in too much media attention, i don't have respect for players who cover themselves in media like sherman

 

I like him. He gets hated on so much but yet he still is around and performing.

Anything he does is scrutinized on ESPN. It's ridiculous. If he shows up to a party with a beer in his hand he gets in trouble.

Yes some of the things he does is questionable, but he's being held accountable way too much.

 

Manziel's the next Brett Favre.

 

I've seen comparisons of that before.

 

Whenever people say that, it's usually not a good thing imo.

His style is just similar, I think Manziel will be good. People here talking about him being cocky but there are a ton of good cocky quarterbacks in the NFL.

 

Only time will tell, being a Cleveland Brown Qb kills careers. Couch/Quinn

 

No one can be as cocky as Richard Sherman (I know he's a corner). But honestly if you made it to the NFL your probably gonna be cocky, it's only a problem if your so cocky that your uncoachable (Like that one receiver that was on the cowboys, then moved to the bills I think, can't remember his name :s). But I don't know enough about Manziel to say if he's uncoachable or not. So I wouldn't hold that against him. I'm just saying that usually when you have high expectations, like saying he could be the next Brett Favre, you probably will be disappointed.

 

Is it Terrell Owens?
