Opinions on this scam?

What do you think the outcome should be? Maybe the mods are making a fair judgement, but to me I just can't justify it. Any thoughts? A similar case here

ive been watching your thread for some time,

to me it seems that you are in the right and get the FULL amount refunded.

But thats just me a Noob ;(

Traxar wanted me to sell his Blue Party Hat. I told him I didn't want to take a big risk. We agreed to let me on his account to do the trade. Between me selling the Party Hat and walking to Lumby bank in order to sell the gold, the account was banned.

Sythe staff found me to be FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the Blue Party Hat, even though it never left the seller's account, and I never agreed to take responsibility before-hand.

 

In the end it all worked out though didn't it because he some how recovered the account and got it unbanned? Even though it was a nightmare trade and you never use that process again.

Ps: How's it going R2

 

It was your responsibility to sell and transfer the money.
You never stated that "if the account gets banned i won't pay you".

Ridiculous it's taking this long.. and now he has another scam report open.
