Ban Evader/Skype Scammer

I'm not exactly sure where to put this, as the user I'm reporting may or may not have a sythe account. As he is trying to scam via skype.

What happened is this, he added my skype, and added to be pmed as you can see here:



Then, after I pmed, he stopped replying, and then later today, asked for me to respond to a pm to a different sythe account, but he claimed it was his sythe account. This can be seen here:

After that, I realized that he must be trying to imposter. I'm not sure if he has a sythe account, so If any mod can resolve his skype and see if it matches with any sythe accounts, that'd be good. If any other info is needed just lmk. Thanks.
