Wrongfully banned

So, apparently the sythe user who stole my account also botted on it and got it to receive a Macroing Major perm ban.

The stupid thing about this is that I told Jagex my account got stolen before the ban. After I successfully recovered it, they ban me. I'm sure they are able to see that the botting occured during the time another IP was logged on the account, the time when I didn't have control over it. I sent an appeal but I've been playing for long years so not really confident on the result.

I need to know any and ALL other possible ways of contacting Jagex, any way to getting them to give a shit about it, because I'm pretty sure that when they do they will easilly see I wasn't the one botting on the account, since the have MAC address checks and whatever.

ANY help is appreciated guys, I'm really desperate here!

 

they dont discuss perm bans.

 

Perma bans are nearly impossible to get lifted.

but like others have said, perm bans are usually not going to be reversed

To the others, please don't reply if you're gonna say that perm bans are impossible to get lifted, they are not impossible but ye I know how slim is the chance.

 

Email their support team or tweet at Mod Bean to check it out. I did that and got my account back.

And if you don't mind me asking, what did you tweet him for him to answer you?

 

Pretty sure it's just [email protected] (I'm not 100% though, I did it a long time ago.)

Just tweet at him to look at your appeal or emails. Say you were hijacked.

 

AFAIK that email (or [email protected], idk which is correct) hasn't been active in account recoveries for a while, but I could be wrong.

 

Why can't I find a Mod Bean on Twitter? Never really used twitter before but do I have to do anything besides searching his name in the search bar?

Your best chance is to spam a bunch of mods twitter feeds until someone responds.

 

Just spammed like 20 mods let's see if I get anything. Thanks man.
