    basically we would use an OMM or something and do a recovery on the account making sure the buyer could recover the account in case the account ever gets locked for anything.

    quite a few things could cause it to get locked. Can never tell, and when that happens the buyer would prefer to be able to unlock it. They can lock it under suspicion that the account was stolen (or bought)
