Every time someone gets an infraction, they need to be sent a person pm by a moderator saying what was done. I had 5 unknown infractions and instantly got banned. Please take this one into consideration, because I think it would be a great idea for this community! Thanks! - Josh
There is an option for staff to fill out a short message on why the infraction was issued, filling out the message isn't mandatory though.
An automated message would be nice. If the person issued an infraction is unaware of said infraction and what they did wrong. Like op lmao. Support
Staff are encouraged to fill out the PM. I will reiterate its importance to the staff - even if the staff member puts a "-" in the PM box it will send the PM and alert the user about what an infraction is, how the accural affects them etc. Thanks
Yeah, I didn't get a pm when I received one. How lazy do you have to be to not fill out a form? It should be mandatory.
Not very after 4 pages of spam reports, lol. No excuses now ;p I'll leave this up for a while and hope it catches on and becomes habit again. Easy to cut corners when reports become tedious.
And reminding staff to use it as much as possible is my limit of capability. I don't personally think it needs to be forced, there's never usually issues like this one where people don't know what they're doing - the mistake here was a new user wasn't informed of the rules broken which could've prevented further infractions.
