Grilling

pictures please, you guys making me hungry here, but then again on the bright side i had the best honey roasted garlic chicken wings

 

Next time I make Ribs, probably Sunday for football + chilling, I'll take some pictures .

 

Just re-read this thread. Gonna have to go buy a grill for my place off campus, I'm back in the grilling mood

Any suggestions on what to buy? I'll most likely have my roommates pitch in as well, so the price range can be fairly high.

 

If your willing to fork out some cash the big green egg is the shit. Look into it.

 

But only do if you really want to be into grilling and smoking and baking and generally cooking on charcoal. It's not worth it otherwise.

 

My pork shoulder was way too fatty and it was a bit tougher than I wanted. I had to pull it off the egg since my charcoal was failing me. I threw it in the oven at 350 and I guess that fucked me a bit along with a too fatty piece of meat.

 

Damn dude. Pork is so hard to get right sometimes.

 

My TV of course broke last night so no ribs were had with football today. It would have been ribs and no football at best. I settled to wait til next week.

 

It was still good enough but not as good as previous butts, which is what made me sad.

 

I find grilling outside on a nice summer day to be the most relaxing thing ever.

 

I've grilled a few times, the meat gets so nicely cooked with all the spices and shit <3

 

Grilled some bomb ass burgers yesterday while watching the football game.

 

I did two butts. Just had some. Amazing. Gotta freeze most of it.

 

Pulled pork sandwhiches for life.. Lol. I need to do another pork butt again sometime soon but it's a long commitment.

 

I ate 6 meals and froze another 10 out of my two butts.

 

I enjoyed some serious T bone steak last night nom

 

Grilled some chicken wings. They were really bitchin. My friend might have taken some pictures. If I get them I'll post them.

 

Made some classic cheeseburgers like two weeks ago, preparing for July 4th it's going to be great

 

I use a garry coleman grill, does that count?
