He owes both Travis and myself a bit of money. I do not want him banned since he needs to use Sythe to exchange Paypal and MP to BTC or RSGP to be able to pay.

He should not be banned unless he gambles while he has outstanding debt. I'm fine with him being unbanned while he gets the money together to pay us. Please make sure he doesn't gamble.

Yep I received it 12 hours after it was owed to me, just like the one prior to it, just like Travis did, and just like MrEvil did.

This user is shady as hell, he shouldn't be dicing with money that he doesn't have. No one has ever accepted Skrill for dicing and he knows that. I highly doubt he even has money in Skrill. If I did a trade for an item I didn't have, I'd be banned or given a TWC at least.

Thanks for the lock Alex, but I'd prefer if you actually heard me out and not lock my thread (especially when I was screen sharing with Jack Goff as you locked it to show him my proof).

This user does not believe he has to pay instantly - imagine if I took this approach during a trade. Yeah, "thanks for the EOC gold Alex, now I'll send the Paypal tomorrow when I have it, going to bed now!". I'm sure that would go over extremely well. He initiated a transaction and could not follow through until hours later, in some cases even days, and this has happened every single time he diced.

He couldn't pay Travis until about 6-8 hours after he lost dicing.

He couldn't pay MrEvilPwns until about 4 days after he lost dicing.

He couldn't pay me until about 12 hours after he lost dicing.

And one more time, he couldn't pay me again until 12 hours after dicing, but the logs are on my laptop.

How is this user not banned from dicing, given a TWC, or banned? He's shady as hell, man.

After considering everything, I've requested a 1-week Donor Lounge forum ban for Delaghetto.

 

We're also looking to adjust the dicing rules to cover these scenarios, thanks Mike.
