Scammed $30 by Pie_Overlord [Pictures, Proof]

Explanation of the trade: Sold him the name 'Battle' for $30 Paypal. He PMed me to confirm, agreed to him transferring the name and being held liable if any shit happens. He was on my account for 30 minutes doing gods knows what, then finally come back to me saying I scammed him, even though he hasn't given me anything.
How they scammed: Went on my account, transferred the name, claims I scammed him.

I don't deal in name sales, which Is why I didn't want to be responsible to transfer it. He agreed to this.

He agreed to transferring the name himself, being on my account, and taking responsibility if shit happens. I didn't want to do any transferring myself as I know how shady the market for it is. In this case I'd prefer the equivalent of $30 in (100M) RSGP or (14.3M) OSGP as I'd rather not get chargebacked. Thought I could trust him.

"1,2,3,4" correspond to the message I sent him on skype to PM me. 1 was my skype, 2 was the name being sold, 3 the price agreed, and 4 the liability.

I was messaged earlier today on Skype by a good friend who's a general in a staking CC who told me someone was on my account today (previously known as Battle, now known as 'moneybr4') saying things like 'gf scammed' 'im a hacker' and shit like that. I logged in to the account shortly after to see all my untradeables gone (F Cape, 70+ Rune defenders, torso). Pie_Overlord is the ONLY other person besides myself to know the password and obviously did this. . Please, at least temp ban him before he goes on a scamming spree.

Can remove the blocks and reveal the names if you need to, would just rather not involve the other people.

Oh great, just logged into RS3 which is the game my friend actually cared about and found out he dropped all the chaotics and other untradeables. Fuckin faggot. Also has this as the friend list:

As you can see the account is 99 dung and had 5+ chaotics on it, 3 f capes, kiln cape, and has none of it anymore. Apparently had 110M worth of wealth on it as well because the kid was saying "gf 110m".

Please, AT LEAST a precautionary ban. This kid is the only other person who knew my password.

 

After discussion we've come to the decision that despite the disclaimer that Pie_Overlord agreed to the burden will be split between the involved parties with you receiving $15 via your payment method. You want either RSGP or OSGP so either 50m or 7.15m respectively shall be paid. You will only receive 1/2 of the $30 due to the sketchiness of the situation namely: You were the only other one aware of the name being transferred, the account Battle logged in afterwards implying it was a manual snipe which would require knowing the time of transfer and the "update" being baseless and likely faked. Due to this you will also receive a TWC for time being.

He agrees to my terms, takes ~30 minutes on the account and doesn't tell me when he's actually transferring (meaning i'd have to completely guess when to change my name) and still only gives me half? I gave him FULL ACCESS to MY ACCOUNT to do what he wanted to get the name over. I had no way of knowing when he actually physically changed the name, and I STILL only get half when he clearly agreed to taking responsibility? It's just as likely he still has the name, or had a friend snipe it then it is I sniped it. The fuck kind of investigating are you people doing to come to this type of conclusion?

And what about this hacking done by him or one of his friends? He's the only other person to have known the password and cleared all my untradeables and took 110M from the bank. Really? And i'm getting put with this rank? I'm honestly appalled, as i'm sure others are.

And really? It was a 'proxy trade' with a member with 1 post and hasn't logged in for over a year? Yeah okay. Pie_Overlord definitely isn't sketchy at all. Funny how you actually believe him after all this proof I've given and all the fucked up shit he's done. I should be asking for my untradeables or the price to get them back

I'd like to talk to a mod on Skype and present everything I have and show them, this is honestly pathetic. Please PM me your Skype.

Not true. I had other people offering for the name, so they all obviously knew the name was up for grabs. You're putting so much unnecessary blame on me when it should be on the actual scammer.

I've added both Roary and Jack Goff to skype. The "Proxy trader" hasn't accepted me on Skype yet and I still need this resolved. My TWC is completely unwarranted.

TWC was removed after re-examining the evidence. After discussing it with a couple of mods I decided to keep the burden being split equally between the two traders to minimize the damage for both parties. NeedTrainin is seeking another opinion however so I'll close this thread.
