Ive been all over the US (roughly 20 states anyways, not just passing through either) and several places in Mexico, granted this isnt extensive travelling by any means its a little tougher to travel when you go on your OWN dime (not mommy and daddies). I speak spanish about as well as you speak english (poorly but able to communicate).

And here is where you dropped the ball completely.... work. Ive worked 50+ hour weeks every goddamned week for the past 2 years. I am a journeyman commercial carpenter (specializing in steel framing both structural and light gauge, suspended ceilings and fixtures/light millwork) often manage a small crew of guys and have a diverse skill set in other trades. I have also worked numerous other jobs in other fields. Couple that with slowly putting myself through school and living on my own since I was 18 and you have a glimpse of what WORK is kiddo.

To break the cycle we just need stability. If we had put a million troops into Iraq and Afghanistan for two decades and gone into Pakistan and supported Assad it could have been different.
