Looking to spend 10M 07/EoC equivalent, but can stretch it to 15M 07/EoC equivalent for the right account. Please do not post if you want more than this amount. Payment via 07/EoC or Paypal. Use of a trusted middleman is required.

The most important thing is the account should have all, or nearly all of the pure quests completed. I only want to focus on levelling the combat skills - not spending my time questing. Combat skills don't have to be great, just good enough to make for a decent start. Only requirements are 1 Defence and well quested. Low Prayer is preferred, but not necessary. I'm open to whatever you have, as long as you aren't charging more than 15M/EoC equivalent.
