[FIREZ] Dispute

Doxing is not against sythe rules as far as I am aware, and booters are not illegal if you only use them to stress test your own connection/server. I'd like to request my ban reason to be changed to something I am actually guilty of as I am clearly not Mr Yazan on hackforums.

While I respect FireZ the upmost not only as an admin but as a person, another moderator should handle this report as he is involved in the situation. I don't think his final virdict would rely on anything other than his own personal opinion but he is involved never the less. Obviously any evidence he may wish to provide would be just as valid as anyone elses to provide a fair and transparent dispute.

Hi, I've been banned for name sniping, owning [email protected] and ban evasion. The evidence against me I believe to be circumstantial and false. Here is the link to the original scam report,

If you're familiar with the name market you'll know that name sniping is nothing new its been around for over 3 years now, losing a name to a sniper is deffinatly not something unheard of. Every name trade I did with ALL reporting users, I made aware the risks of transferring a name and told them I would not be reasonable if said name got sniped. The report was being dealt with by Roary at the time who questioned me about it and came to the conclusion "There is no way to prove it was zgangz who sniped the names." The only "new" evidence that was added I had already been questioned about by Roary at the time he made his post on the report.

The second part of my ban is for owning the email [email protected] and am accused of being associated with the HackForums users that email is thought to belong to. I've never owned that email or ever had access to that email. I don't know why this was added to my ban reason as clearly me and Fcpl0x are different people. The third and final part of my ban is for ban evasion. While that hasn't been added to my official ban reason I feel like I need to explain myself. I'm not Bawsz and I'm not Dom Mazzetti. I took those pictures of King Naruto messaging me and gave them to Time To Buy ONLY. I messaged Time To Buy on Skype asking how Dom Mazzetti got those pictures and was told that he had passed them onto him. I've never been apart of the spam forum community or even posted in there more than roughly 5 times it's just never interested me so obviously we are quite different people. On top of all this, I am yet to be denied a dispute or any pardon so I have 0 reason to evade a ban. As for being Bawsz I'm not sure if I am still accused of being him, I live in a different continent than Bawsz and never even been to the UK or Europe. I'm usually on Sythe on my real IP so me living in Australia should correspond with a regular Australian ISP (the same one I'm making this post with). Nikeshoes, Time To Buy and fcpl0x are just some of the users that can verify that we are in fact different people.

All this took place before I was banned... It's quite a lengthy conversation I had with the 3, I just took the bits I thought were relevant to everything. I think people deserve to know they're trading with someone who thinks like this, I wouldn't trust someone with a fuck anyone over attitude personally.

I really like this community, I've only ever had honest business with almost $75,000 traded on this site so far. I DO care, I wouldn't be making this dispute if I didn't. I waited awhile so that fcpl0x could go back to the US and there was no confusion on who's being accused of what. There's a lot of views to be had on the whole situation from a lot of perspectives, I'm just asking you try looking at it from mine for a minute. If anything with this report is invalid or the proof provided is insufficient please let me know and I'll try to update it.

If some of my dispute is disagreed on I'd like my ban reason to be changed to what what I am found guilty of so it's clear what I need to make right.
