Bought account: JAG > Recoverys?

Just like the title says.

I'm questioning if JAG overrules recovery questions?

Since I'm buying an account I want to make sure it won't be recovered back even when I trust the owner.

So If I setup JAG, will the previous owner not be able to recover it back, period.

 

JAG won't be an account protection security measure for too much longer, they are soon going to be discontinuing the feature and will have everyone switch over to authenticator, which I recommend you do.

The original owner can reset JAG even if the account isn't in their possession at the time. There is no way of complete certainty that the account won't ever be recovered, even from trust members.
