Dyfect 2 Step Issue

SVU (Sythe verified user) phone number.
Your last IP address (you can check this here).
Donation ID's on your Paypal receipt(s).

I have emailed [email protected] 3 times in the past month with all of the three required information steps.
I have yet to get a response and I'm beginning to get frustrated.
PLEASE respond to me so I may get my account back, I have my password and every bit of information required I just have a new phone so I'm not getting the two step authentication pin that I need!

 

There's literally nothing we can do but wait for Sythe to respond to your request.
