i can't see any reason not to. it saves so much inventory space + it's pretty cheap.

 

Yes people use them.

Mostly for GWD as far as I see.

 

They're used by anyone with 40+ defence as far as I can tell

 

I don't think they are that useful in pvp as there is not really much need for extra invent space as you normally don't even have specs left by the time you eat half your food and when you out you can just tele and come back in 30 seconds...

 

Yes, but it's mainly used for PvM content where extra inv space really matters since the trip back to the boss can be a hassle so each kill is important.
