0oYano0 is an impostor

So here's the thing, I was supposed to be trading with someone on Skype who said they were called "DrinkingHard" on Sythe. They refused to send a PM and wanted to sell gold at like .3/M. Really suspicious activity and when I told them I'd file a scam report if they didn't send PM he deleted me. There's no proof that this person is 0oYano0 on Sythe through PM and the only proof is that right after he deleted me he changed his Skype display name back to 0oYano0 from DrinkingHard-Sythe. I think it's TWC worthy at least.

I also thought it was funny because as soon as I got on Sythe and looked at the bottom online users he was the first one there.

 

Proof he owns that skype?

 

Like I said, they refused to send me a PM but don't you think it's a little suspicious that they had their previous display name as DrinkingHard (as you can see from the conversation history) and then right after he deleted me when I confronted him he changed it back to the original and is online on Sythe. Can't you just resolve the IP to see if it matches his Sythe IP? If the current info isn't enough for a ban, a TWC seems worthy.
