Update from an order I made about 2-3 months ago. Some complications had occurred with the team apparently (according to Sypherz her/himself). Was promised that he/she was actively working on trying to fix it. I had asked about the terms of a refund, which were 1. The team demoted to Diamond 1, or 2. The job could not be completed. For a while condition number 2 stood and I kept asking for a refund but was told to continue waiting, for the job would be completed. However today, (9/7/2014) the 3's team had dropped from Challenger to Diamond 1. I am still trying to make contact with the person on skype for a refund but they have not responded.

Will update when something happens.

 

Hey, sorry I just moved countries and I had very little internet for around a week. We're going to get the wins + get the team back into challenger this week. Sorry to concern you!
